Delivery & Handling


Fargo2001.com delivers your order throughout Indonesia in partnership with JNE, Tiki, and other Logistic partners of ours. In accordance to Our high customer service standard, delivery will be made as securely and as conveniently as possible. Should You have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, Our customer service will be happy to serve You.

Delivery usually takes around 2 to 5 business days. The delivery fees will be based on the weight, product type and the delivery location, which follows the standard, set by Our logistic partners. The delivery fees can also be estimated during the checkout process. Feel free to contact us for more information regarding product delivery.  

In some categories, it is possible that delivery may be done by Our Company’s representative. It is also possible that products ordered may be delivered by Our vendor’s representative. Special delivery order may incur additional fee that is held responsible to customer. Delivery made by Our vendor might require extra processing time that will be informed further to Customer.

Delivery will only be made once payment has been cleared. Bank transfer payment requires order and payment confirmations verified by Our banks based on the banks’ working hours before delivery could be arranged.

Delivery will only be made to any individual who his/her name has been listed as the buyer of the product or a representative of the buyer in which his/her name has been informed to Us beforehand. Buyer’s representative would need to show verify his identity by showing his Identification in the form of Government issued Identification card, Driver’s License, or Passport as well as a Letter of Attorney.


Store Pick-Up

Customers who select the Store Pick-Up selection as the delivery option could pick up their purchased items at

Don’t forget to show Us the order confirmation, payment confirmation, and an identity card to ensure the security of Your transaction. 

Paintings purchased need to be picked up at Our office location. Once payment has been received, Our representative will inform You to schedule the pick-up arrangement date and time.
